  The pizza quality recently hasn't been what it should be. Just picked up 2 extra large pizzas and found that there wasn't much sauce on it that we were able to notice because cheese was sparse and didn't cover the pizza like it should. The crust was so thin and we did not ask for a thin crust. Really unhappy because we usually stop in at least once every 2 weeks at and have noticed quality issues before. These things don't go unnoticed!

  This pizza place is a waste. Service is very poor. The food is not good at all and the delivery is worse. I was waiting an hour and a half. I called to see where my order was and the man on the phone said it was my fault the new delivery guy couldn't get a hold of me to find the address. Mind you I am a regular customer, WAS a regular customer with the same address from all my previous orders. In this day an age with maps and gps that was horrible. Waiting nearly 2hrs for a pizza is ridiculous. Never will order from 241 again. This franchise doesnt care about the customers who are loyal. Georgetown has better places.

  Ever since the store was renovated and a new management took over in summer of 2016, the place and quality is improved 10x. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
