  We placed an online order for delivery. It was easy to do. Food arrived much faster then what we were quoted and everything was fresh and delicious. We were very happy with the food and service. Will order again.

  I would give them no stars if it were possible. This evening my family tried to order delivery for the first time to our home and were then transferred to the manager who accused us of ordering last week and not answering our door. He was extremely rude to my mother who tried to explain that we have never previously ordered and that there must have been a mistake and that they must have had the wrong address. He then hung up on my mother. This is not how you treat potential customers. We will not be ordering nor will we be visiting this establishment again.

  Whoever the guy is answering the order for delivery, should not be doing it. Have someone courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery driver is always friendly, but almost wanted to cancel order,

  All it takes is 1 bad experience. My wife and I were in last night for a few beers and snacks and to watch some of the Jays game. As the Jays pre show wound down the TV auto changed to the hockey game and the bartender kindly changed the TV i was watching back to the Jays. The Raptors were also playing and a larger table came in and, even though they were already watching the game on 1 TV, requested that the TV I was watching be changed to their game. The front of house manager came in and changed the TV for them. I asked the bartender if she could change it back but was told that since they were a larger party that the front of house manager would not allow her to change my TV back. I was incredibly disappointed by this. My wife and I are in almost every Friday night to see Jess who has never let us down and always provides us with excellent customer service. The first night we're there with someone else working and we're treated like second class citizens. Don't bother going here unless it is a Friday night and if you go, ask for Jess to serve you. No one else there whom I've met deserves the time of day.
