  This place is really nice regardless which city you are in, whether it's in Brantford, Mississauga, Georgetown. Most of the locations carry a variety of food choices. Their Breakfast menu especially the french toast ..its super yummy. OMG their dessert menu is to die for..super rich..super delicious. Georgetown location was nice & relaxing. Music was appealing. The staff were great. The service as always is amazing. I definitely recommend people coming here.

  Management is overbearing to the point that they came and asked the same questions our server asked us a minute after our servers asked. This happened at least 3 times. Not very relaxing place to eat when the servers are forced to mention their daily specials constantly. Just because cocktails are half price does not mean I want one at 9:45am with my eggs Benedict.

  I don't know about the other comments on here, but I would rate symposium to be 10 stars! The food quality is wonderful, and everything tastes so fresh. Me and my family come here at least once a week because we love t so much. I don't consider it expensive, but I guess other people do. The servers are so friendly and fast. If you have Candace, you are going to have amazing service. I recommend this place to everyone and they agree that it is great! Keep doing what you're doing symposium!

  Very busy for 130pm on a Thursday. Ordered Turkey Club at $15 and specifically inquired about "oven roasted turkey" to ensure it would not have cold cuts on it. I was assured the meat was thick slices from real turkey. Turns out it's thick slices from PROCESSED turkey. (Sigh) pair that with a warm draught beer and I found the experiencing rather lacking. Staff had recently become aware they had served warm beer....but still I had to pursue the replacement of it. This is my 2nd experience at this place....and it's been rather "meh". More should be done to keep customers happy....acknowledgment of shortfalls being priority 1!
